Rove is heading back for another appearance on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno.

McManus will apppear on the NBC show later this month.

It is the second appearance for the star who has recently signed a deal with a US Talent Agency.

Rove will tie in the chat with his eps he is recording in New York and LA.

  1. i doubt rove would appear on Letterman. it’d be awkward for him to explain why he lamely rips off half of Letterman’s stuff for his own show.

  4. No these are the Aussie show doing on the road recordings in the US for broadcast in Oz and NZ.

    He will appear separately as a guest on Leno while he is over there.

  5. I just read Rove will be televised live to Australia from the US..does that mean it will be televised at 3.30 am local time in LA and 7.30am local time in NYC?How will they get the guest stars to be up that late in LA , and up that early in NYC?

  6. I watch Jay every night, and very few people get to go on his show within a couple of months of the last appearance..especially when they don’t have something to flog, like a movie, TV show or live performance dates..I think Ben Silverman(head of entertainment at NBC) likes him alot..

  7. rove is acting like his the first australian EVER to appear on leno.

    He has one appearance as a second guest to Dr Phil and he thinks his ready for the US.

    He will get eaten alive over there, his a second rate gallagher to the US US and the most he will do is host some crappy reality TV program IF his lucky.

  8. What are the chances that Rove will appear on Letterman at the same time he’s in New York? Or does his contract with the talent agency restrict him to appearing on NBC/Leno?

  9. Wow..that is a big deal for Rove..I don’t think most people know how hard it is to get an appearance on Leno..it’s the ultimate in the US..the NBC network must have plans for him..No other Aussie talk show host has starred on the Tonight Show(apart from Dame Edna)
