  1. So they’re pulling both Supernatural & Californication when both only have 2 completed epsiodes left to air… What exactly is the point of “Seriously Fast-tracking” something, only to dump it the moment December 1st rolls around?

  2. Tom thanks for reminding me of my favorite beef with TEN ie Monk! It’s infuriating that they can’t play it out over the summer. Ah well I’ve long since resigned myself to buying the DVDS ..and you must be the only other person who remembers Dragnet! It actually started at the same time as Monk in either 2002 or 2003 as you say post footy season.

  3. I had the strongest feeling that TEN would be screening In Plain Sight in the next little while. TEN picked up Burn Notice and Monk. All of those programs air on the same network in the US.

  4. I agree with no more Friends! Why not have something new on at 7.00? Try something new, not an old sitcom. I love sitcoms, especially Will & Grace but TEN, thats enough. Youve tried and failed, tried again and failed. Let it go.

  5. Bobby – TV Week reports that the 4 episodes aired in the US will be shown followed by another 4 “world exclusive” episodes that weren’t aired in the US due to the show’s cancellation.

I’m happy with the summer schedule so far, especially the fact that Numb3rs is coming back in repeats and Bold is now at 6pm. Some good stuff.

  6. Rules of Engagement twice a week! Thats great news. Good they’re dumping the NCIS repeat for In Plain Sight, although I thought Ten would want to save it for next year seeing as the only potential hit new show they have for next year is Life on Mars, and even that has been ailing in the US. As for L&O, I thought they still had 20 eps of season 17 which they never bothered to show. I guess they’re skipping them so they’re only 30 episodes behind instead of 50

  7. Back to the Future – What a shock to see that series back on over the summer.
Was really hoping for some poorly treated episodes of Monk to be aired over summer, they could have at least shown two episodes per summer non ratings like they usually do.

Will check out In Plain Sight, I have heard good reviews.

I dont get why they are showing new Law and Order at 9:30 after a Numbers repeat. Surely premier shows are better for 8:30pm? Sorry, 8:37pm to be realistic.

Why old eps of Rules of Engagement, when they didnt even finish Season 2?

I’m still waiting for the remainder of LA Dragnet with Ed’ ONeil and Ethan Embry to finish airing. It was first shown after football season in 2002 i think. Dont see that happening any time soon, he he.

  8. Wow, do Ten read the comments on here or something.

On the last Summer Schedule I bemoaned the fact that they were showing Law & Order repeats on Fridays, now it says all new eps from season 18 ep 5 onwards, I’m floored (or is that flawed).

    Seriously that’s good news Ten.

  9. thanks for heads up David.
Now lets see Ten’s non existent publicity dept go to work and whether the actually get message out to viewers.
Keeping track of programming has become a nightmare.

  10. Well done TEN! This is a bloody great series! Done by the same network that does Burn Notice! Something finally to watch on the TV in a programming summer of boredom!

Now, you want to make it two shows, get REgenesis!

  11. Great to see In Plain Sight finally making it’s way here. There is so much to look forward to over the non-ratings period. I wish it was like this during the ratings period. I hope these new shows will be around for a while.
