out-of-the-blue-backgroundHeads up fans of Out of the Blue, for more programming announcements.

In addition to previous advice, the TEN soap will add extra Sunday episodes from February 8th at 5:30pm.

This means the current schedule stands as:

Sun Feb 1
6pm Out of the Blue
12:35am (Mon Feb 2) Out of the Blue

Sun Feb 8
5:30-6:30pm Out of the Blue (Double Episode) continues weekly.

That is all, at least for now…

  1. I live in the UK, and have faithfully watched out of the Blue, since it stated. I have not missed a single episode! Im extremely upset that it is now being boycotted by the BBC!!!!! And from Channel 10 in Australia!!!!!

  2. Someone should contact 10 and at least thank them for keeping it on, it dosn’t happen very often these days! I think its a soap that could run for years, but i doubt it will have more episodes, weren’t 130 filmed?? Running the show twice a week will take a long time for Out of the Blue to finish, i guess it all depends on the ratings.

  3. So they’re getting rid of Sports Tonight on Sundays? First Ten gets rid of Sports Tonight Mondays to Thursdays (putting it in the News as a 10 minute ‘sports segment’ instead of the 30 minute seperate sport show), now they’re getting rid of it on Sudnays. Shame on you TEN

  4. Thanks for the update.

The 12.30am episode is an M-rated one so I think that’s the reason they’re putting it on late.

It’s good to hear that there won’t just be 30 mins a week, as I think it prevents the show from building any kind of momentum – and, like the show or not, it was doing this in the 10.30pm slot because its ratings were increasing right up until the final episode in that slot.

  5. What a joke…a show that has pulled in 130,000 and 230,000 viewers over the past two weeks…and now they are replacing Sports Tonight with this crap!?

  6. The episodes that will air in those timeslots will be eps 36, 37, 38 and 39 for those who have lost track.

I must ask the question though. Now that Ten has decided to air an episode in the 6:00 pm timeslot this Sunday, which leads into the season premiere of The Biggest Loser, why keep the episode that was scheduled at 12:35 am the following morning in place?

Ten really need to get this back somewhere into the weeknightly schedule.

Also, for some strange reason, Ten have episodes 36 to 40 available to view on their website!?!
