It looks like Alan Dale, also known as Alan Everywhere, has added another show to his CV.
He plays a judge in an upcoming episode of Law and Order: SVU.
It will air on TEN on Wednesday August 5th.
It’s been some time since Dale has been acting on a show that airs on TEN, his old Neighbours home. The last stint was probably The OC and NCIS. More recently he has been everywhere else including Ugly Betty, Lost, Sea Patrol, Torchwood, Moving Wallpaper and 24. What a great rollcall!
Just don’t mention Neighbours residuals if you bump into him…

His character fit really well on NCIS. I was sorry to see him go, especially with Rocky Caroll now on the job. Anyway, I’m a fan of SVU, so I’ll be watching this one.
I was introduced to him on The OC and loved every minute of it. He is great!
Alan Everywhere. Perfect 😀
Excellent episode, and the season finale was even better.
“Alan Everywhere” haha I love it!
Yaay! I love this man.
He’ll probably be given a boring, unmemorable role on S.V.U., but nevertheless I shall be watching. ^ – ^
So he’s playing another judge? He also played a judge in the seventh season of The Practice, having the hots for Jessica Capshaw’s character.
Who’d have thought Jim Robinson would go so far. His death scene in Neighbours has got to be one of the (unintentionally) funniest on tv.
Hands down, Alan Dale has the Best. Agent. In. The. World.
Hah, hah! The wife and I had a chuckle just recently when Alan Everywhere popped up on Flight Of The Concords.
He’s even had a speaking role in the Star Trek and Dr Who franchises too and I don’t think many could claim that one to their name.
