The former manager of Jamie Oliver’s Melbourne restaurant Fifteen will stand trial on an arson charge.
The offices of the Melbourne restaurant, which opened following the 2006 TEN series Jamie’s Kitchen Australia, were destroyed in the 2008 fire.
A fire expert determined the blaze was probably deliberately lit, according to News Ltd.
Kevin Stralow, 33, yesterday pleaded not guilty to 16 counts of theft and one of arson. He is also accued of stealing $23,000 cash.
He will face the Victorian County Court in March for a pre-trial direction hearing.
