Pay TV's Favourite local show according to viewers will return to the LifeStyle Channel for its third series.

Selling Houses Australia, winner of two ASTRA Awards as Most Outstanding Lifestyle Program and Favourite Program according to viewers will return soon to the LifeStyle Channel.

The show is certainly a quiet achiever in the Pay TV sector, looking at issues facing property owners, providing current and practical advice for Australians navigating through the real estate market.

Selling Houses is a fantastic format and has been on The LifeStyle Channel for seven years now. It’s been incredible to see the Australian version do so well and I’m really excited about this new series, I think it’s the best yet,” said Nicole Sheffield, LifeStyle Channel’s General Manager.

“Our viewers are obsessed with property and this series really is the authority on the current Australian property market.”

Host Andrew Winter says, “This series deals with the real Australian housing market, not just generic statistics; it’s also about the people behind the properties and the issues that affect them. As market conditions have changed, so too have the circumstances for homeowners in this series.

“This time around, desperate sellers are seeing their expectations met and sometimes exceeded with our advice and help. As always, there is a diverse mix of houses, some really terrific people and even some good agents!”

Joining him are interior designer, Shaynna Blaze-Vaughan and garden designer Charlie Albone.

The third series will screen Wednesdays 8.30pm from March 31 on The LifeStyle Channel.

  1. I’ll probably be shouted down but I love Selling Houses Australia & am excited to hear there will be a Series 3.
    The team of Andrew Winter, Shaynna Blaze-Vaughan and Charlie Albone work well together and do a fantastic job of convincing home owners what needs to be done when selling their home to get the best price……..It’s an excellent learning platform for sellers.
    Yeah, come on March 31st.
