UK acquires Prank Patrol

CBBC liked their own Prank Patrol so much, they've gone and bought ours too.

UK children’s network CBBC has bought the rights to the Australian version of Prank Patrol.

The show, produced by activeTV, sees Scotty Tweedie hosting hidden camera pranks on the unsuspecting friends of kids.

CBBC will acquire 26 half-hour episodes. It has already aired 40 episodes of a British version of the Canadian-based format.

activeTV, which is also producing The Amazing Race for Seven, is currently in production on a new series of the show for the ABC.
