Zac Drayson back to Summer Bay

After exiting in 2002, actor Zac Drayson has returned to Seven's Home and Away.

Actor Zac Drayson has returned to Seven’s Home and Away.

Drayson played foster child Will Smith on the long-running soap from 1998–2002 when he left Summer Bay after marrying the mother of his child Lily, Gypsy Nash (Kimberley Cooper). But he also made occasional guest appearances from 2003 to 2005.

His return follows Emily Symons as ‘Marilyn Chambers’ re-joining the soap earlier this year.

Drayson can be seen on screen next week.

  1. Yes, much prefered the more action packed episodes of the 00s, than the current romatic ones. Not that I mind romatic stories, It’s just that you invest more in a couple when they are up against serious or outside obstacles. With H&A this year the main thing stoping almost every couple being together is their own indecisions. Very wishy washy as i’ve said before. For example Jay laga’la’s role was completetly wasted with stupid and annoying storylines b/w him and Lea. The only couple that has been the least bit interesting is Maralyn and Sid. Pairing the serious and sexy Nick, with the flambyant and over the top Maralyn was inspired. It’s great that characters are coming back, but only if they don’t end up with more lame storylines.

  2. who else will they rbing back? jesse. one of the twins, sam, duncan, steven. i wouldn’t be surprised to be honest. the story lines lately have been terrible on this show

  3. According to TV Week this week, Kimberly Cooper (Gypsy) was keen to return but she couldn’t fit it in around her wedding plans in the US, so possibly she may make an appearance at some stage in the future. Also Zac said he will be staying for quite a while.
