ABC (US) has renewed both Body of Proof and Happy Endings.
Body Of Proof stars Dana Delany as a neurosurgeon who becomes a medical examiner after a car crash. The show premiered earlier this year in the USÂ and was widely expected to be renewed. It will air in Australia on Seven.
Meanwhile, Happy Endings stars Elisha Cuthbert and Damon Wayans Jr. and focuses on the lives and loves of a group of friends.
It has also picked up Pan Am, featuring Margot Robbie and Christina Ricci plus the Charlie’s Angels reboot with Rachael Taylor, Minka Kelly and Annie Ilonzeh.
Good Christian Bitches, with Leslie Bibb as a single mother who returns to the neighbourhood where she grew up, has been renamed as Good Christian Belles. Booo!
ABC also picks up Once Upon A Time, which features a cast including Robert Carlyle and Ginnifer Goodwin; Revenge, about a young woman who moves to the Hamptons to avenge her family; The River, about a group of people travel to the Amazon to search for a missing television explorer; Scandal, from writer Shonda Rhimes, starring Kerry Washington as a professional fixer.

Seven own Happy Endings.
I’m thrilled Happy Endings has been renewed. Get past the first episode and it’s one of the funniest shows on TV.
Who has the rights to Happy Endings? Anyone know?
‘Endings’ isn’t a drama, David.
Any news when Seven will show Body Of Proof? Maybe after Desperate or GA come to the end of their seasons?
which network has happy endings?
