The Directors Guild of America have announced TV nominees for their annual awards, including directors for Homeland, Game of Thrones, Breaking Bad, Modern Family, and 30 Rock.
Amongst the nominees is a surprise entry from Lifetime’s anthology Five, with mini-movies directed by Demi Moore, Jennifer Aniston, and Alicia Keys. Nice to see former Wonder Years star Fred Savage is also a nominee.
Kelsey Grammer will serve as host of the 64th annual DGA Awards, which will be held January 28th.

Whoops, somehow failed to se the pilot for Game of Thrones was there too, that makes it more interesting, either of those three should take it out.
Vince Gilligan for the Breaking Bad season 4 finale is a certainty to win. In saying that ,the Homeland pilot was excellent, as was the entire season.
