“You’re gonna need a bigger boat…”
Discovery Channel has a very popular “Shark Month” but next week Seven has a bit of a shark night.
It will screen Top 5 Eaten Alive, which has five dramatic shark encounter survival stories told by victims and it follows it with a movie screening of Jaws (still one of Spielberg’s best).
Seven had already scheduled both prior to a man being attacked by a shark while surfing at North Avoca beach last night.
Top 5 Eaten Alive is actually from Discovery Channel and its victims include a diver who was trapped in the mouth of a Great White; a woman caught in a dramatic struggle between a shark and her rescue crew; a shark scientist who had his leg bitten off; a fisherman has his arm bitten off, and a woman who was pulled underwater but managed to fend off the shark.
Top 5 Eaten Alive, 7:30pm Tuesday on Seven.
Movie: Jaws, 8:30pm Tuesday on Seven.

I think they use the WS to indicate it’ll fill your LCD TV at home, not necessarily in its OAR. But I guess you get what you pay for.
Is Jaws in widescreen (like real 2.35:1) or not this time?
Guide info seems to indicate WS.
Wasnt this on Channel Ten for ages , i guess 7 got all the Spielberg Movies having seen ET , Close Encounters and Saving Private Ryan not that long ago.
“Shark Month”? I wish. 21 extra days of Shark docos would be great.
