Guy Sebastian trespasser faces court

X Factor judge Guy Sebastian and wife appeared in a Sydney court after a man trespassed in their home in May.

X Factor judge Guy Sebastian and wife Jules appeared in a Sydney court yesterday after a man trespassed in their home in May.

Matthew Thomas Jones is in court charged with trespassing at the Clovelly house on May 7th. He claims he had mistaken the home for a friend’s who was having a party.

The court heard Sebastian came rushing home on his motorbike, and that he grabbed Jones and headbutted him with his helmet still on, breaking his two front teeth.

A 000 call was played, in which Jules is heard saying, “Don’t do anything babe,” before the operator asks “what is your husband doing?”

Jules is then heard saying “oh my God!” The operator asks, “what happened?” Jules says to Guy, “Babe.”

“What happened Ms Sebastian?” the operator repeats. “He hit him.”

Jules Sebastian told the court that any contact between her husband and Jones was accidental and “one of those things … in a scuffle”.

The hearing continues.
