Nine presenter arrested in SA

A Nine Adelaide lifestyle presenter is among 34 arrests following a series of simultaneous drug raids in South Australia, Western Australia and Queensland on Wednesday.

Adelaide Now reports former SANFL footballer Clayton Lush, 38, faced Adelaide Magistrates Court yesterday with 12 men and women charged with the offence of being involved in a criminal organisation. His wife was also arrested.

Lush has been a presenter on Building Ideas, a branded entertainment show produced by the Master Builders Association of South Australia. It aired on WIN Television’s NWS9.

SA Police seized 10kg of cannabis, 171 plants, 56g of cocaine, a variety of steroids and nearly $200,000 in cash in raids on the syndicate. Police say the group produced 1.5 million street deals of cannabis in the past 12 months.
