After 6 years Packed to the Rafters takes its leave on Tuesday.
It has been the most successful Australian drama series to have launched in the last ten years, with ratings frequently close to 1.9m viewers and allowing Seven to launch a swag of new shows around it.
Along the way it has received forty two Logie nominations and won thirteen plus an AFI Award for Best Drama Series.
But Rafters has also been a watercooler drama series, with its plotlines and characters the subject of conversation, magazines and radio.
Here are some of the moments and faces we will remember.
Packed to the Rafters ends with a double finale 8:45pm Tuesday.

Did Jessica Marais return to Australia at all to film a final scene?
Really going to miss this series. Have watched it from the very beginning and not missed an episode.
I must say though, very very disappointed Channel Seven. This is a TV event for the ages and i have been watching a lot of Seven the past couple of days and there is hardly any advertising for it. Is it just me or is Seven not promoting this how they should be. I remember All Saints and Blue Heelers had massive build ups to the finale. This on the otherhand hardly anything.
It seems that they are planing a sequal that will feature Dave and Julie
One of several ideas being discussed but I will believe it when I see it. Still waiting for the City Homicide sequel / spin-off / return.
Just goes to show that we do not need sex and violence and action to have a very watchable Show.
Good to see it out on a high, but sad to see it leave our screens. Really a show about everyday life.
The story lines they covered over the years were brilliant. This season the dementia story line has been well written and well acted by Michael Caton.
I will miss this show so much. But its good its finishing on a high.
But I will miss the rafter family on my tv every tuesday night.
My favourite Australian TV show of all time. I’m glad it is going out on a high.
We will miss them but better to leave on top. Great memories in those shots. Whatever happened to Dave’s mum Chel from the first three seasons?
Not the same since Jessica Marais left – she was a Class act! Her performance in the “Mel funeral” episode was so beautiful in its subtlety
