He has to be a secret ALP plant. Has Joh Bjelke-Petersen reincarnated?
@martymonster – Don’t worry, I was kidding!
@Penny, @NCISfan – I genuinely thought this must be a Labor stronghold.
This bloke has been put in a seat that the Coalition expect to win? Wow…
@HardcorePrawn – Why feel sorry for him? He is a Politician. Never feel sorry for them,
Still waiting for an honest one.
@HardcorePrawn – I know the internet lacks a sarcasm font, but Greenway is one of those marginal seats that the Coalition expects/needs to win from the ALP.
… But I agree that Diaz needs to do a few more laps around local councils before being ready to serve in the Big House.
Amazingly it seems that Diaz’s media minder is the guy holding the iphone to the TV journo’s left… Was he asleep or what?
I live in Greenway and it is actually the most marginal seat in NSW – a key battleground seat. I felt so ashamed to have such a candidate in my seat. Ironically, I saw him campaigning at a train station this morning and passed him on my way to work. Felt like saying “Nice interview yesterday mate.” Liberal will, in summary, not be pleased.
I take it that Greenway is a safe Labor seat and likely to remain so after the election. How else to explain why the Libs have put such an ill-equipped candidate up for this seat?
I actually felt sorry for the bloke…
