Nathan quits Big Brother

Big Brother intruder Nathan quit the show because he felt "different" to the other housemates.

nath3Big Brother intruder Nathan quit the show because he felt “different” to the other housemates, and has given his place to intruder Madaline.

His sacrifice meant neither Madaline nor Boog were forced to leave the show.

The gay graphic designer told the housemates he didn’t feel he was fitting in and found it difficult without his support networks.

While trying to remain upbeat about his exit, it sounded like he wasn’t prepared to modify his personality in order to play the game, and he questioned the ethics of some, including Tim.

“I have done as much as I can do here,” he told them.

“My idea was, I go and they both get to stay. Because I think the Housemates are happier here with them than me.”

Social media rumours that Nathan was the housemate who left voluntarily proved to be true.

The drama came with plenty of tears and followed a volatile vote which saw the housemates nominate for Madaline to stay 7-1, but the public chose Boog to stay.

Meanwhile another favourite will exit the house tomorrow night during this week’s Live Eviction show: Ed, Tim, Drew, Tahan or Ben.

  1. Good on you Nathan. I loved this episode you show that it is ok for men to show emotion and understand that its fine for my sons to cry. Im sure that most of us wouldn’t survive the BB house but we are quick to down others. Well done Nathan you made the show interesting to watch. We could all learn from people like you that are honest. Good luck to Maddy and

  2. That had to be the worst episode ever! The amount of tears made un-watchable, and a two week wonder tagging out for a girl, not such a big deal after-all.
    PS. I don’t love Boog.

  3. I’ve been a bb watcher since Sara Marie bum danced her way all those years ago. Nathan’s emotional outpouring got me a thinking that it is the true narcissists that survive and prevail in that hothouse setting. For any one who has self confidence or self image issues, and few among us do not; the antics of a Tim, or Benjamin from 2012 are testament to the personality type that seemingly thrives on that pressured and artifical setting. Nice guys (and girls) finish last.

  4. Just goes to show how much people make up their personalities just to get on the show. Nathan came in sounding all confident and ready to stir the pot but in reality he just couldn’t hack it and went into his shell.

  5. My god this series has more tears than Bold and the Beautiful! I’m feel sorry for Nathan as he wanted to bring fun and frivolity but ending up the opposite. But it was a great move for the show as the girls both seem to want to be there.

  6. I feel sorry for this guy; it’s awful when you can’t find your mojo and I do believe whatever did happen to force Justynn’s rushed exit had an impact on him somehow.

But I thought he was low to take those cheap shots and single out some of the housemates. He came into the house bitter and with preconceived ideas and thought he was entitled to expect people to change to suit him.

  7. Any Info about Why 9 decided to push back the Episode to After AGT?
I’m assuming it was a ratings thing? But I’m just not sure what they were trying to achieve?
