Melody Horrill leaving Seven News Adelaide

Seven Adelaide reporter and weather presenter Melody Horrill is leaving Seven News after almost 10 years.

Horrill joined Seven News in 2004 following several years at TEN where she was the environmental reporter and also presented the weather.

“It’s time to embark on a new phase of my life, I have enjoyed the challenges and rewards of working for Adelaide’s top-rating news service, but after almost a decade I’ve decided it’s time to explore new horizons,” she said.

Seven Adelaide General Manager Tony Davison thanked Horrill for her hard work and contribution to the station as both a weather presenter and reporter. “Melody has been a real asset to Seven News and we wish her all the best with her future,” Davison said.

Horrill’s last day on air will be Friday November 29 and Seven will announce a new weather presenter in the coming weeks.

    Do Ten still have an environmental reporter? Or does Andrew Bolt do that job these days?
