A new trailer has been released for part two of The Walking Dead season.

According to publicity material: “Following the devastating events of the mid-season finale, Rick and the group are still reeling from the loss of their home, family and friends. With the destruction of the prison, we see the group of survivors broken apart and sent on divergent paths, unsure of everyone else’s fate.

“What was a challenging life behind fences and walls grows that much more perilous and precious as they are exposed to new dangers, new enemies and heartbreaking choices. They will have their faith thoroughly tested — a faith that breaks some of them and redeems others.”

It returns 1:30pm Monday February 10 on FX.

  1. To me the show has struggled this season and I think it’s due to them being at the prison, along with not getting rid of the governor last season. It is definitely time for the show to move on to new ground and I’m looking forward to the second half.

  2. Now that the main cast has be separated into smaller groups, I really can see a lot of potential in the 2nd half of this season. Some of my favourite episodes are when the show focuses on 1 or 2 characters. So happy that the prison is finally gone.
With Scott Gimple running the show ( who has written my favourite episode “Clear”) I hope that TWD returns to the amazing show it was in season 1 under the guide of Frank Darabont (sadly AMC Screwed him over).
