Alan Carr: Chatty Man returns to ABC2 this week with his 12th series, fast-tracked from the UK.
First guests include Ricky Gervais, Kermit the Frog, Constantine, Jessica Hynes and Gary Barlow.
Three celebrity guests are welcomed each episode to Alan’s sofa, where the usual rules of chat shows don’t necessarily apply…
Series 11 welcomed some Hollywood A-listers, Channing Tatum and Jamie Foxx, award winning comedian Lee Evans, X-Factor matriarch Sharon Osbourne, controversial pop princess Miley Cyrus and the inimitable Lady Gaga.
Series 12 promises more top-notch guest stars spilling the beans to Alan as well as live performances from contemporary bands and artists.
9:55pm Thursday April 3 on ABC2.

I do have a remote David, but I don’t need it to avoid this show.
But just hearing his name gives me the creeps.
Sorry ’bout that!
Stevie G, Alan Carr has never been on ABC1. But he might’ve been repeated on Friday nights on 2.
I found this show by accident the last time it was on. I think it was shown on abc1 late on a Friday night. will it be repeated then?
No, no, no. Horrible.
Cannot stand this guy!
Psst, there’s this thing called a remote…
@tomothyd – I remember that Ten made a big deal of broadcasting Graham Norton on Sundays (rather than on Saturdays as he was on the ABC) so they could fast-track it from the UK and broadcast it hours after the BBC had.
If they’re showing episodes that are six weeks old then I guess that strategy has fallen by the wayside.
Hopefully they play out the full season, we still have not seen the last few episodes of season 11.
TEN are still showing Graham Norton out of order and up to 6 weeks late.
