2014-04-17_0232Peaches Geldof  was in preliminary talks as a judge on Australia’s Next Top Model prior to her death, according to Fairfax.

The 25 year old former model and fashion writer, who died in the UK last week, was one of several candidates in early talks for the Foxtel show.

“Peaches was one of a number of names suggested but we took the decision that it was too soon to make any calls,” Foxtel Executive Director of Television Brian Walsh said. “The idea was not progressed beyond an initial stage.”

But Geldof was not under consideration to replace ANTM mentor Charlotte Dawson.

Prior to her death Geldof told the Sunday Times, she was preparing to move to Australia to film a secret TV show.

“I can’t say what it is yet, but I’ll be there for three months,” she had said.
