Season 40 of SNL begins on the Comedy Channel next week.

2014-10-02_1433Season 40 (yep, that’s 40) of Saturday Night Live begins on the Comedy Channel next week.

The series returned in the US on the weekend.

Former cast member Darrell Hammond is the show’s new announcer, following the death of Don Pardo in August.

Here’s a rundown of the first three eps:

1: Chris Pratt, Ariana Grande
2: Sarah Silverman, Maroon 5
3: Bill Hader, Hozier

Saturday October 11 at 7.30pm on Comedy

  1. I think you mean 2/3rds of SNL is returning. From what I can see they are still showing the edited international version which excludes a number of skits and the second musical performance.

    Not a bad full episode though.
