SPOILER: Another apartment renovated by The Block has been passed in at auction, with an apartment renovated in preliminary challenges failing to sell at auction yesterday.
The one-bedroom apartment renovated by NSW couple Josh and Charlotte at 18/85 Caroline St was passed in at $390,000, well short of the mid-$400,000, News Corp reports.
The 47 sq metre apartment block comprised the preliminary challenge ahead of contestants securing a place on The Block in Darling Street, South Yarra.
The disappointing result comes despite 131 groups inspecting the apartment and offers made in the $420,000 range.
The apartment has now been listed for private sale with a price of $460,000.

Bye bye Block, it’s about time it was buried under the rubble.

All The Block guarantees is $100K to the winners.
