Madam Secretary returns to TEN later this month, moving into Wednesday nights to replace Wonderland which wraps next week.
It’s back at 8:30pm on May 27th with episode 12 “Standoff.”
This aired in the US in January.
When a Texas state trooper is killed by a Mexican cartel smuggler, Elizabeth arranges an extradition deal before going on vacation to celebrate her 25th wedding anniversary in New York City. However, when political issues arise around the case, she is forced to cut their trip short. Also, Elizabeth’s son injures himself while Blake is watching him.

Great to have this back again things were really getting interesting before it went to midseason break
I for one am pleased that there is an alternative to the Football, and Wed nights are a big night for me also.
Wednesday nights are big TV nights in our home.
On TEN, PVR starts with Masterchef, continuing through the rest of the evening with Wonderland, Good Wife and Hawaii 5-0. Madam Secretary will also be recorded for later viewing.
Other shows we’ll record tonight include Criminal Minds (1st ep only), Struggle Street (2 eps), Forever (2 eps), plus The Weekly, Agony & 8MMM on ABC.
Fortunately we have 2 dual PVRs in the loungeroom while any overflow is recorded on the machine in my office.
We should catch up with all these shows by the end of June (!)
Did Ten realise May 27 is also the date for game 1 of Rugby League State of Origin 2015? Madam Secretary will be trounced in the ratings for sure. Ten should have waited another week.
It wouldn’t matter what Ten put up against Origin it will be trounced. Ten have always provided an alternative to the football. This year will be no different.
