@david knox would you be able to tell me the ratings for aquarius and bates motel, I do know you have a limited amount of ratings that you report but did aquarius go flat after only the 2nd week and starting later, and with bates motel being on so late does it even rate anymore. thanks you do a great job on this site this is my 1st time login but have been following the tvtonight site since 2009
Sure…. I have added Aquarius into the story, 160k / 140k. Bates Motel was 59,000. Cheers.
thanks for the ratings for both david aquarius sure took a hammering
I’m rather enjoying How Not to Behave so it’s disappointing to see it failing in ratings. I think Gretel and Matt do a rather good job and really bounce off each other.
Yes, I quite like it as well.
Deserves better ratings than it’s getting.
I wanted to like it, but didn’t think there was chemistry between the hosts; despite being a fan of Gretel. Also tonally didn’t like some of the material. I think the show was hurriedly birthed. I gave it 2 eps.
I really like all the little skits, but I’m not a fan of the conversations between Gretle and Matt.
Haven’t watched much of Utopia in the past but watched last nights episode and really enjoyed it. Found it genuinely funny and will be back to watch again. The ABC is truly the only network that seems to offer a true variety in programming.
Completely agree. S2 seems to be a lot funnier than S1.
It’s pretty much the same jokes each ep. It’s not bad but it’s not good enough for me. I didn’t watch it last night but came back for The Last Leg which I find to be actually funny.
You mean you do not want: cooking, renovation, celebrities and talent reality shows? LOL
I enjoyed seeing Hugh Jackman on The Project last night. I then enjoyed seeing Hugh Jackman on The Weekly last night…almost could have been the same interview! I really hope The Weekly returns, I know Charlie said at the end of the show last night that they will be back in December to review the year.
I really hope The Weekly returns too, I really enjoy it. My favorite show on ABC at the moment.
Hear hear!
I also concur. I really enjoyed the insight into some relevant and hard hitting topics and humour.
Imagine if current affairs actually dug into the issues the weekly brought up, rather than light fluff pieces on diets, bills and dodgy tradespeople etc.
Watch the ABC if you want anything remotely non trivial in current affairs.
