  1. It’s pretty sad that Super girl goes off in the US – then it is going to drive people to download this show – it is totally in the illegal downloaders demo!!! Pretty sad that even after all this time – they still don’t get it!!!!

    1. Foxtel has indicated in the past that most new titles are not fast-tracked because they need to be promoted, and they don’t always have same access to materials. Once they are established they get better fast-tracked treatment. Last year Flash was delayed to December, now it is express in S2. Not saying I agree with it, but that’s the explanation….

      1. With 100 channels and the Footy on, hard for Foxtel to promote new shows against what FTA are doing.

It also means they can show the S1 eps in a continuous block and keep people in the habit of watching it regularly, instead of having to find it all the time. They will be caught up by the final block of eps anyway. Once the show has fans series linking it in their IQ, no reason not to fast-track track it, take advantage of any news form the US, keep them happy and subscribing.

Foxtel crunch all the data and it works best for them.

        1. worth noting: Fox8 did the same for the last season of Grimm by stating in December but with production breaks in the US the delay gave us continues weekly episodes of the Flash and Grimm.
