"What's that got to do with building a friggin' bedroom?"

2015-10-07_2156

Last night Gogglebox had its usual laughs, but there were poignant moments with The Project and even TBL Families.

The Block:
I think it’s like the 28th in a row.
What’s that got to do with building a friggin’ bedroom?
She’s trying to get excited but her face isn’t moving.

Doctor Who:
People love this shit.
The Darteks? / Dialects?
Is that Dexter? That robot?
Would you Doctor Who?
They were secret lovers for so long. They met on Grindr.
I’d rather clean the pool.
That’s why they’re all whinging poms. Now I know why.

The X Factor with guest Justin Bieber:
Get stuffed you d***head.
Who is his stylist? No gay man did that.
Still very punchable.
Get off the stage.

TBL Families:
What’s TBL? To Be Lost?
What, so donuts are illegal?
It’s so sad.
This has got nothing to do with them losing weight.

AFL:
Everyone hates Hawthorn
The clothes are atrocious.

Tattoo Fixers:
They don’t picture themselves in 40 or 50 years what they will look like.

The Project with guest Rosie Batty:
It’s such a shame that it takes a tragedy to cause change.
What are people doing to children? For f***’s sake.
Every person’s grief is completely different.
She’s a strong woman.

Catalyst:
6 minutes? Bullshit.
They should just get liposuction. Life would be easier.
Why is everyone looking at me?

Dirty Dancing:
We seen this at the Drive-In, I think.
He can hold his watermelons.
Dry rootin’ all over the place.
Isn’t she 16 and he’s about 25?
I would have jumped him.
She was actually at the side….

  1. Rubbish, reading those comments make me realise why I wouldn’t touch this show with a barge pole. Also could you get an English spell check on this site David. I don’t spell American.

  2. They comment on reality shows because that’s what is popular in Australia. They are more accessible. Plus this season of X Factor has been a hoot.

Gogglebox is just as good now as it’s ever been. Love Angie and Yvie!

  3. Gogglebox doesn’t feel natural anymore. The commentators are too self aware and most of the lines feel like they wrote them in advance and were waiting for a chance to say them. They either need new producers or new ‘talent’.
