  1. I’m already a hayu subscriber and pay the monthly fee. Any advice on what to do about accessing this through my Foxtel subscription instead of continuing to pay. There doesn’t seem to be any information I can find concerning this.

    1. I am also a subscriber paying the monthly fee!! Hayu on Facebook seemed unable to answer the question about what I should do so I registered again with a different email address, all okay except it is not working properly on iPad at the moment but can watch on laptop!! I have contacted Hayu about it and they are looking into it!! When they have fixed it so that I can watch it on iPad I will cancel my original account!!

  2. I registered for Hayu through my Foxtel Play account today and find I can play Hayu episodes through the Hayu website on my laptop but when I try through the Hayu app on my iPad it signs me in but won’t let me play any episodes, it says I have to subscribe!! Told Hayu via Facebook which, apart from Twitter, is the only way to contact them!! Was directed to their support site which is useless! So then contacted Foxtel and after a very frustrating half an hour or more was told that they don’t know what is wrong and will have to submit a ticket!! Frustrating all round!!

  3. Figured I would register for my Foxtel account and have a look. When I try to register it says my Foxtel account has already been used for a hayu login. Yet no one in my family has ever touched the app and no one else has our Foxtel login. Tried everywhere to find a support email address or phone number and there is nothing. Just a generic faq. Anyone else have this issue? Guess I can try ringing Foxtel but I doubt they will be able to help. It’s not their app.

    1. I had the same issue davidhes – I messaged hayu on Facebook last night and received this reply: “Hi Natalie, There is a known issue that is urgent for us to resolve. We are working with FOXTEL to fix it quickly. Apologies for the delay.”

  4. Hopefully this is the start of some of the streaming services joining forces. One I would like to see is presto and stan joining together. They would be a great service to go up against Netflix rather than having to split subscribers 3 ways. I will give hayu a go now it’s included with Foxtel.
