Love Child adds an extra Sunday episode in order to screen its finale before the Olympics.

If you’re a Love Child fan keep your eyes on the EPG, Nine will now conclude this season next Monday night, ahead of Olympics coverage.
There is a double episode screening tonight at 8:40pm and Nine has added an extra episode at 8pm on Sunday night.
This means David Attenborough’s The Hunt is now out next Sunday.
Love Child‘s season finale will screen at 8:40pm next Monday August 1.

Is Love Child coming back next year or is this it?
Too soon to know. Network will wait to see how the season is received, including Timeshifted numbers.
Yes, very messy programming by nine. And it is quite bizarre the way channels that don’t have the Olympics rush to have things finished, just so they can have two weeks worth of not much at all to show.
I know more viewers will be watching 7 with the Olympics but not all of us want to watch it 24/7 so FTA will loose out as we go else where like Foxtel and Netflix for our entertainment while they are on, not that I watch much on FTA anymore.
Hopefully my TIVO will keep up with them all – am way behind now – otherwise I think it eventually ends up on Stan.
No reason why Love Child couldn’t have run during the Olympics – hours and hours of highlights and replays on “the channels of Seven” each night prime time.
What will be on Nine during the Olympics, if the Block waits until Aug 21 week? Repeats and movies galore? Summer style programming? Endless Block sneak peeks and ads (its already running about 4 ads per hour now – which is why I thought I hoped it might come sooner rather than later).
It looked like as there’s a typo error on dates. This should be Monday 1st August. (Looked as though you might have rushed a bit there)
You would think 9 actually had the rights to the Olympics the way they were behaving. Don’t like to see drama burnt off like this. Its no secret when the Olympics were scheduled so they should have done a better job of scheduling Love Child. Now we have 4 episodes in one week. So what’s going to fill the void of love child another movie rerun. Poor programming. 9 have treated drama viewers poorly over the years and looks like nothing has changed. Hurry up netflix and get some content that I like so I can resubscribe.
Did Nine forget when the Olympics were starting or something? Abysmal programming it like this, should have started earlier if they wanted it done before the Olympics
