Kath & Kim house for sale (again)

Fountain Lakes’ very own slice of paradise, the home featured in Kath & Kim, is once again on the market.

‘Chateau Kath’ at 4 Lagoon Place has just been listed through Ray White, Patterson Lakes, with price hopes of $1.3 million-plus.

It was most recently on the market in December 2015.

According to CoreLogic RP Data, the home last sold for $1.305 million in August 2014, and for $1.23 million the time before that in March 2011.

Jane Turner & Gina Riley have no immediate plans for more of their much loved comedy.

This two-storey 4-bedroom Patterson Lakes residence was made famous in the hit comedy series Kath & Kim – the unforgettable setting of numerous “noice, noice, unusual” moments.

Many of the features seen in the show remain – although potential purchasers might be surprised by the home’s sensational waterfront position, something that was hidden by a tall fence during filming.
