No date yet for Rocky Horror remake

ELEVEN has confirmed it will screen the original The Rocky Horror Picture Show ahead of Halloween, but there is no date as yet for the FOX remake featuring Laverne Cox.
Rocky Horror Picture Show: Let’s Do the Time Warp Again is airing in the US today and TEN has the Australian broadcast rights.
Interestingly it also features Adam Lambert as Eddie (frankly he should have been Dr. Frank n Furter) so it isn’t clear if TEN’s programming is related to his X Factor appearances or not.
The (original) Rocky Horror Picture Show gets a repeat at 8:30pm Sunday October 30 on ELEVEN.

I was already put off considering Richard O’Brien, the creator of Rocky Horror, was against this remake; the reviews have not exactly made me want to rush out and watch this. Give me the original movie any day.
Maybe they should have fast tracked this one before all the bad reviews come in..
