Alec Baldwin has responded to tweets by Donald Trump, after he returned to play the President-elect in Saturday Night Live.

Trump wrote in a late night tweet: “I watched parts of @nbcsnl Saturday Night Live last night. It is a totally one-sided, biased show – nothing funny at all. Equal time for us?”

But Baldwin returned fire.

“Equal time? Election is over. There is no more equal time. Now u try 2 b Pres + ppl respond. That’s pretty much it,” he tweeted.

“You know what I would do if I were Prez?” he continued. “I’d be focused on how to improve the lives of AS MANY AMERICANS AS POSSIBLE … I’d be focused on improving our reputation abroad, including actually fighting for freedom and not just oil.

“I would make appointments that encouraged people, not generate fear and doubt,” he added. “I could go on. You want more advice, call me. I’ll be at SNL.”

  1. Trump better develop a thick skin fast, it’s only going to get worse. He is going to be the butt of jokes for comedians for the next 4 years so he better get used to it. Where has he been? Comedians have been making fun of President’s for years. It pretty much comes with the territory.

  2. I think comedians were secretly hoping for a Trump win, they will have so much fun over the next 4 years! On a bright note for the rest of the world, if he is going to be so distracted by things like this so easily maybe he won’t have time to screw us all.

  5. this was hilarious Alec does a great trump! He captured his back flipping well! Trump may well have reinvigorated Baldwins career & improved his reputation!
