Carols in the Domain finds its X Factor

The X Factor winner Isaiah Firebrace will be appearing at Carols in the Domain on Sunday, joined by former top 12 finalist Natalie Ong.

David Koch, Samantha Armytage, Natalie Barr and Mark Beretta will host.

Performers include Jessica Mauboy, Dami Im, Paulini Curuenavuli, Harrison Craig, The Wiggles, Swing on This, John Paul Young, Leo Sayer, The McClymonts, Georgie Parker, Todd McKenney, Shannon Noll, Mickey and Minnie Mouse, Mark Vincent, Ky Baldwin and Jay Laga’aia.

The Salvation Army Choir, The Australian Girls Choir, Jubilation Gospel Group, and dancers from the Janice Breen Performance Studio appear, along with Musical Director and maestro Graeme Press, and the Sydney Youth Orchestra.

8.30pm Sunday, December 18 on Seven.

  1. Finds its X-factor (Isaiah, Dami, Ong) as well as its Idol (Paulini, Maubouy, Noll) Voice (Craig, Swing,) and AGT (Vincent). Only the older timers didnt come thru Competion TV shows. And people criticize performers for going on these shows. How else you going to get a gig?

  2. I think Dami is on Carols by Candlelight to. Gee she has been a successful reality show winner.

    I remember Georgie Parker many years ago doing the 9 one and she came out with the words because she kept forgetting them.

    I will still be tuning in.

    1. Natalie Ong may have been eliminated early for whatever reason, but her voice was so much better than a lot of others that were ‘dragged’ through to the final week. (Looking at you Davy Woder and Vlado).

    2. Because she had one of the best voices on the show and was only eliminated that early due to Sevens stupid rule in week 1 that one singer from each group had to go.
