Screen Actor’s Guild Awards 2017: guide

SAG Awards screen Live in Australia on Foxtel Arts on Monday.

On Monday the 23rd Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards will be held at the Shrine Auditorium Los Angeles.

They will screen Live in Australia on Foxtel Arts from midday.

The television categories include Game of Thrones, Westworld, The Crown, Downtown Abbey and Stranger Things.

There is no host, with producer Kathy Connell telling refinery29.com: “We chose to not have a host was because we didn’t want the time taken away from the people we were honoring. Our show is just two hours long. We wanted the whole evening to be about the actors and not about one personality.”

Casey Affleck, Mahershala Ali, Naomie Harris, Lucas Hedges, Taraji P. Henson, Brie Larson, Janelle Monáe, Viggo Mortensen and Octavia Spencer.
