Gallery: Nine News Canberra launch

Nine CEO Hugh Marks was at Old Parliament House in Canberra last night for the launch of the new local bulletin from Nine, Southern Cross Austereo.

Guests and dignitaries joined with Nine News crew and local media for the first of the new 15 regional bulletins.
 

But rival WIN is not taking the competition lying down, noting that 22,910 viewers in the ACT tuned in to WIN News last night from 6pm to 6.30pm whilst Prime7 had 16,601 viewers and Nine News debuted with 11,355 in the same slot.

The second half of Nine’s hour-long bulletin increased to 15,270 viewers just 4,529 less viewers than The Project.
