HBO has renewed its comedy series Crashing, starring Pete Holmes, for a second season.
Holmes, who is executive producer with Judd Apatow, stars as a struggling stand-up comedian trying to make it in New York.
“Pete and Judd have proven to be the ultimate ambassadors for the stand-up comedy world,” said HBO programming exec vice preseident Amy Gravitt. “I’m delighted by the response to the show and am thrilled to welcome them back for a second season.”
There’s no word yet on the episode order for Season 2.
