Renewed: The 100

US sci fi starring Eliza Taylor and Bob Morley, wins a fifth season.

US sci-fi The 100 has been renewed for a fifth season.

The CW has given the series an early renewal based on a strong 4th season performance. An episode count is yet to be determined.

The Hollywood Reporter notes on digital and delayed viewing, it has posted a 70 percent increase among total viewers, up 73 percent in adults 18-34 and an 86 percent jump among adults 18-49 with seven days of delayed viewing.

The series, starring Aussies Eliza Taylor and Bob Morley, airs on FOX8.

  1. I heard that Foxtel don’t hold the new season rights anymore. Is that true?

    And that it will instead become available on Netflix once season 4 ends on the CW

  3. Foxtel certainly haven’t shown faith in this show likely delaying Season 4 until later this year. I wonder how much patience they think viewers have, assuming they actually care. Having viewed previous seasons of The 100 I’m surprised it is going strong as it had other dystopian shows to compete with recently. The 100 is one of those shows you expect to be cancelled at any time.
