Marngrook Footy Show: April 6

Lance ‘Buddy’ Franklin sits down with Marngrook Footy Show host Grant Hansen on NITV.

On the eve of his 250th game, Lance ‘Buddy’ Franklin sits down with Marngrook Footy Show host Grant Hansen, tomorrow night on NITV.

Marngrook celebrates Indigenous achievement in the AFL, and as Franklin reaches his 250th game he reflects on his move to Sydney, his friendship with Hawks captain Jarryd Roughead, and learning from Swans royalty Tony Lockett.

Marngrook is a footy show with a difference that celebrates and embraces Australia’s diverse multicultural society and champions Indigenous achievement in the AFL. When Franklin runs onto the SCG this Friday night, he follows in the footsteps of Indigenous Swans legends Adam Goodes and Michael O’Loughlin who each played over 300 games.

This week on the panel Grant and co-host Gilbert McAdam will be joined by Kevin Bartlett, Robert Dipierdomenico, and Neville Jetta from Melbourne Football Club. Match analyst Wayne Schwass and Senior Football Writer with The Age and SEN radio commentator, Rohan Connolly will give their take on all the latest footy news and events. Carlton ruckman Matthew Kreuzer will also share his insight on the Blues start to the 2017 season as a special guest on this week’s show.

Thursday 6 April, 7:30pm on NITV.
