Returning: The Couch

Long-running WA-produced community TV series The Couch returns to Aurora later this month after a break just over 12 months.

The variety / chat series with host Fred Mafrica (pictured left) first began in 2002 in the Channel 31 Studio in ECU Mount Lawley.

Fr the last 4 years it has been produced and recorded at the SIDE TV Studio at the School of Isolated and Distance Education in Leederville WA a State Government Public TV Studio.

“We have an amazing crew who work incredibly hard made up for UWA Broadcast and Communication Students and many of our long term crew who work full time jobs plus work with us,” said Mafrica.

“This year our talented Technical Director and Co-Producer has built a new set which is fantastic and we cant wait to show the world.”
