The Graham Norton Show: April 5

Guests: Hugh Jackman, Sir Patrick Stewart, Sir Ian McKellen & James Blunt.

It’s another line-up of A-list stars on The Graham Norton Show in its new Wednesday night timeslot (Friday night is now a repeat).

Alas, only one of the guests gets the “Sir” acknowledgement it seems….

Tonight, Graham is joined by Hugh Jackman, Sir Patrick Stewart and Ian McKellen – stars of the latest X Men film Logan.

Often considered the nicest man in Hollywood, our very own Hugh chats about playing Wolverine for the last time, a role which he has played the clawed superhero since 2000, and has appeared in eight films from the franchise.

James Blunt performs Love Me Better live in the studio, before joining Graham for a chat.

7:30pm Wednesday on TEN.

  1. Hi David, will 7.30 pm be the permanent time?
I don’t know much about classifications but hopefully there won’t be any editing required for that timeslot. Would episodes like the Robbie Williams interview meet classification?

    1. It’s the current time until MasterChef begins. I’d say 3 or 4 weeks. TEN can screen M rated content from 7:30pm. But they may still choose to dilute anything that is too hot. Networks seem to be taking a softly softly approach to the rule change of Dec 2015.

      1. It’s odd, they seem to play TGS out of order. Sometimes to fit with local film release dates, which is fine. Sometimes there’s no reason at all.

    1. Totally enjoyed it….I personally do not care where or when it was shown before…I am not of the ‘everything instant gratification’ generation…
But I did take a grab from you tube to pass on …all good..
