According to a MIPTV release, the biggest selling TV formats in 2016 were The Voice, Got Talent and something called Your Face Sounds Familiar.
The latter show is an impersonation / karaoke series, an EndemolShine format which has aired in 47 countries.
But never mind the adults.
Take a look at Your Face Sounds Familiar: Kids -it has screened in the Philippines with pint-sized Shirley Bassey, Liza, Bonnie Tyler, Lionel Richie and Enrique (some of whom are boys in dazzling drag).
The YouTube channel has fetching performances until the cows come home.

What was the show that was on Australian TV similar to this about a decade ago? There was an average Kylie and Robbie impersonator if I remember correctly.
Stars in Their Eyes.
