Returning: Dark Matter

Season 3 airs same day as the US, with a post-show chance for Aussies to ask cast questions.

Season 3 of US sci-fi Dark Matter begins on Syfy this Saturday at 6:30pm.

Airing same day as the US, it will be complemented with an online after show After Dark at syfy.com.au. Hosted by cast member Zoie Palmer, discussing storylines and behind-the-scenes info. It will include Maude Garrett, giving Aussie fans a chance to ask questions of the cast and crew.

Based on the graphic novel created by Joseph Mallozzi and Paul Mullie, Dark Matter centres on a crew who awaken on a derelict spaceship with no memories of who they are or how they got there. Facing threats at every turn, they have to work together to survive a voyage fueled by vengeance, betrayal and hidden secrets.

In the gripping Season 2 finale, the EOS 7 space station is destroyed with members of the team still on board. Season 3 picks up immediately following as the survivors of the bombing fight to stay alive and find the rest of their crew.

The series stars Melissa O’Neil, Anthony Lemke, Alex Mallari Jr. and Jodelle Ferland with Roger Cross and Zoie Palmer. Joining the cast this season are Ayisha Issa (12 Monkeys) as Solara Shockley, Mishka Thébaud (Bitten) as Adrian and Andrew Moodie (Trust No One) as Teku.

Saturday, June 10 at 6.30pm on Syfy.
After Dark at syfy.com.au follows.
