Local content helps Seven but Nine wins Tuesday

Ratings: First Dates & 800 Words improve Seven's numbers but The Block & Big Bang lead entertainment shows.

Seven managed to improve its standing on Tuesday thanks to local content but it wasn’t enough to halt Nine’s continued successes.

  1. Slightly related to this. As most of us predicted a few months ago, it looks like 7 are finally about to air Cannonball as a result of Ninja Warrior’s success. I saw a promo air during 800 Words last night.

  2. I so enjoyed First Dates last night. The real estate agent that ate so fast that he built up a sweat in order to get away from his “46” year old date was hilarious.
