A&E series Leah Remini: Scientology & the Aftermath about former church members of Scientology returns to CI next week for Season 2.

The first season won Best Informational Series or Special at the 69th Emmy Awards.

Leah Remini: Scientology & the Aftermath follows Leah Remini, along with high level former Scientology executives and Church members, as they delve deep into shocking stories of abuse, heartbreak and harassment experienced by those who have left the church and spoken publicly about their experiences. The new season further explores the accounts of former members whose lives have been significantly impacted by the Church’s practices.

Wednesday September 27 at 9:30pm on Crime + Investigation.

  1. Unfortunately the second season isn’t as good as the first but it still worth a watch.
    It’s a shame CI have waited almost 6 weeks to show the series. Otherwise I would have changed my subscription on Foxtel and watched it through them.

  2. Fantastic series, that Emmy was well deserved. I binged the first season after leaving it sitting on my IQ3 for a while and it was like a good book I couldn’t put down.
