The backyard is a space for the whole family so it is important not to forget the little ones when designing a new garden. Parents to three beautiful girls, Chris and Angela have just moved into a new home in Sydney’s south and while they have started renovating, they are unsure on what to do with the backyard. Luckily for them, leading horticulturalist and landscape designer Jamie Durie steps in to create a space that ticks all the boxes; somewhere to entertain, grow food and a wonderful playground for the kids.

During the day, Victoria’s Mt. Buller is a snowy paradise for skiers and boarders, but what happens after dark? Chris investigates as night falls, and discovers that the mountain has become a playground for the nocturnal, from husky trainers, to snowmakers and groomsman, all of whom are charged with making sure the mountain is ready for the next day’s tourist onslaught. As dawn breaks on the now perfectly prepared and pristine slope, Chris is driven by temptation, and breaking the rules, quickly skis down the freshly ploughed field.

Amanda catches up with Callum Francis, the Helpmann awarded star of the musical Kinky Boots. The pair discuss dresses, drag queens and performing in ridiculously high-heeled boots, before exchanging fabulous footwear.

Miguel challenges himself to create a two course meal for a group of hungry vegans. Using new and strange ingredients he makes a scrumptious main course and a knockout dessert sure to impress even the fussiest of vegans.
