Former Prisoner star Val Lehman has an upcoming guest role on Neighbours, placing her back at the Nunawading studios where she filmed the TEN soap, alongside former cast mate Colette Mann.
Lehman will play an old enemy of Mann’s Sheila Canning, marking the first time the pair have acted together in over 30 years.
“It’s my old home and was nice working with Colette because even after all these years the rapport is still there,” said Lehman. “I was surprised and delighted to receive the call about the role.”
“It felt very comfortable working opposite each other again,” added Mann. “We whipped through the scenes, maybe because the director didn’t want to mess with us!”
Lehman is set to appear on screen in December.

Hope there will be some humour between the characters. Could be good if Val’s character was recurring and some sort of nemesis for Sheila.
Be good to see Val again. Hopefully it will be fun!
