[Nine/8:30pm] Concert for Diana. Princes William and Harry will mark the 10th anniversary of their mother’s death with an event to celebrate her life. Concert for Diana, which would have been the night of her 46th birthday, will be one of the first events to take place in the new Wembley Stadium. Performers from all over the world will come together to raise funds for the various charities that Diana supported and of which the Princes are Patrons. Artists include: Andrew Lloyd Webber, Joss Stone, Fergie, English National Ballet, Elton John, P. Diddy, Rod Stewart,Tom Jones, Pharrell Williams plus many more.

[ABC/9:30pm] Enough Rope with Andrew Denton. New Series. An interview with Australian born Gill Hicks, who was travelling in a London tube carriage when a terrorist bomb exploded on July 7, 2005. Gill sustained horrific injuries – so severe that both her legs had to be amputated – and she literally had to fight to live. Then, as she began to recover, Gill was forced to ponder her future as a disabled person. Joined by her husband Joe Kerr, Gill tells Andrew about the events of that day; facing the very real prospect that she might die; and about coming to terms with what her life now would be. During her rehabilitation, Gill kept a diary – excerpts of which she included in a book she subsequently wrote. Gill’s message however is very positive, and she tells of how she has used this horrific experience to help her ‘seize the moment’, and make the most of her life.

Outrageous stunts; news and reviews (all delivered tongue-in-cheek); and special features such as ‘Celebrity Laps’, in which well-known personalities attempt to outdo each other on the race track, make this a car show with a difference, as the boys test drive and appraise the world’s most popular cars with startling honesty. EPISODE 1 (2 July) – The boys acquire a Labradoodle for the show, transform a family people mover into a convertible by sawing off the roof and then test-drive it through a carwash and a wild animal park, and host a tea party to recruit new celebrities for the “Star in a Reasonably Priced Car” segment.

But Beecher becomes violent after taking the dangerous drug PCP, sending Schillinger to the hospital with a lacerated eye. Mob boss Schibetta has stomach pains, caused by ground glass intentionally mixed in with his food at the orders of O’Reily, and Muslim leader Kareem Said has a heart attack after refusing to take medication for high blood pressure.
