  1. Woo hoo! I’m a big fat bogan & I’ve never heard of Kath & Kim until Seven got it (me thinks it was on this thing called an ABC???). That Kath is a bit of all-right…

  2. Congratulations to the girls for achieving such a great result … but I also thought it was an “average” episode … I hope the next couple of eps are much better or it will be down the drain as well!
    Jack!

  3. To leith:

Good news for Tasmanians! Kath & Kim premieres on Southern Cross next Sunday (August 26) at 7pm, before Australian Idol. The bad news is that Hot Property has to be pulled off the schedule to accommodate K&K.

  4. I watched it with great anticipation after all the hype but guaranteed…. it won’t be 2.5m next week… might have been a great show for ABC audiences but all I can say is “WHAT THE” …

  5. Yet Southern Cross in Tasmania which shows both Ten and Seven content (in all it’s wisdom) decided to show Australian Idol which was also being shown on our digital only Ten affiliate. So we had two stations showing the exact thing at the same time, but have to wait for Kath and Kim to come at a later date. I’m willing to bet money that the DVD is released before Southern Cross actually show it.

  6. I really thought the show was not up to it’s standard last night.Very few “real’laughs..in fact a lot of the time I was boredby the stupid plot..

  7. I’m a massive fan of Kath & Kim, but this episode just wasn’t laugh out loud for me.

I’ve no doubt this will improve, and I will stick by it throughout the whole series. But yeah, didn’t really do a lot of me, which is disappointing.
