Current role for current network lady

In a role she has previously enjoyed, Leila McKinnon will be Nine’s summer presenter of A Current Affair.

The difference this time is she will host the show as the wife of the network CEO. McKinnon is married to David Gyngell.

She returns home from her role as Nine’s LA Correspondent, but does not intend to return to the post now her husband is running the Nine Network.

McKinnon is expected to be offered another role next year, possibly in the Sydney newsroom.
