Following on from news that Australian hairdresser Tabatha Coffey will have her own US reality show, Nine is holding auditions for its upcoming reality series Million Dollar Salon.
The show will follow 12 Australians running six hair salons, with the winner getting their own million-dollar premises.

The Million $ Salon is Channel Nine’s new reality game show which follows the trials and tribulations of 12 people trying to run six booming hair salons in six cities across Australia . In between the styling, laughing, bitching, crying and cutting, each person will be competing to try and win their own million dollar salon! These colourful characters will stop at nothing to win in the cut-throat world of hairdressing. While viewers can go in and get their haircut, who will Australia ultimately vote to take out the huge cash prize!

The hunt is on for outstanding people to take part in a new TV series that explores the fascinating business of hairdressing.
