Returning: Two and a Half Men

Nine has made a smart move in changing its plans for repeats of Two and a Half Men weeknights at 7pm to all new episodes.

If the show has to go in at 7pm it might as well be first-run eps.

Nine will now screen episodes from Series Three beginning with ep 23 “Argument for the Quickie” from Monday Jan 28.

The sitcom will then move into Series Four. It will even air a new ep in its 8:30pm timeslot on Jan 31.

  1. I agree John, Charlie Sheen hasnt been funny in ages, and to add, his co-star actor guy (not sure of his name) has not one single funny bone in his body, the only two occasions of the show Ive seen I thought the kids was funnier than both of them put together.

  2. I reckon Nine will play this until March perhaps and start Temptation then. Anyway cool to have T&AHM back in new eps. FWIW it’s the highest rating sitcom in the states.

  3. At this stage there is no word on whether Temp is back at 7pm from Feb 11.

I did read in the press that Ed Phillips is off until March and given there was some time out in production last year with that on / off / on decision on the show you have to wonder if they have a month up their sleeves.

Is Nine readying us for a month of Two and a Half Men? Hope not. Last time Charlie Sheen was funny was in Hot Shots.

  4. The stupid thing is though people that only get WIN don’t see any of these shows at the 7pm time slot like King of Queens was never shown at 7pm on WIN cause they show A Current Affair at 7pm so again WIN viewers lose out with no 2 and a Half Men.

What they done with King of Queens was play them 10:30am during the day when nobody is home to watch them proberly going to do the same with this now
